Project Overview

AMPCO successfully completed the Boeing Consolidation Project, one of the largest industrial demolition and site redevelopment efforts in the region. The project involved the demolition of more than 5 million square feet of facilities, including multiple high-rise structures, manufacturing buildings, spray booths, aircraft hangars, research and development facilities, and associated infrastructure.

In addition to demolition activities, AMPCO performed comprehensive environmental remediation, including asbestos abatement, lead remediation, and contaminated soil removal. Through strategic material management and on-site recycling operations, the project significantly reduced waste while preparing the property for future redevelopment.

Leveraging our experienced workforce and extensive equipment fleet, AMPCO safely executed the project while maintaining schedule, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
